I just tried this with the 3com, it gets stuck at block 65535. This can be
overcome by using larger block sizes, default is 512 so you get a 32MB max
transfer. Changing this to 1024 gets you a 64MB max transfer. Changing this
to 8192 gets it done. There is an RFC for doing negotiations RFC1783 and
RFC1784.
