Ensure that the user has subscribed to the EM service and that it shows
up in the user's device profile (i.e. Device--->Device
Settings--->Device Profile--->fill in appropriate user device profile
name). If the user has not subscribed to the service, it will not show
up when depressing the services button. Let me know if this helped.

I am facing some problems trying to configure the Cisco extesion
mobility feature on CCM 4.1(2) ..i followed the exact same steps
described on the documentation ...however when i press the services
button on the phones ..the service extension mobility never come .
I wonder if someone has faced such a problem and if there is any tips
or tricks out there ...thanks in advance
