If one switch have links with different encapsulation then switch
automatically map it one to another. The mapped vlan has the same tag in
dot1q and isl.
"vlan mapping" can be used to overload 1-to-1 mapping. For example dot1q vlan
900 can be mapped to isl vlan 910.
