I went through the same situation. For better or worse I decided I
wanted the more complex and challenging L2 situations so I started on
Lab 1 V4. I'm finding that my prior experience with the V3 book has
helped but I'm already learning new things with the V4 book. Although
if I get through the 6 labs that are available right now before IE
gets any others out I'm not sure what I'll do ;) I guess I'll also
compliment the 6 labs with the technology labs.....
