Are those DLIC's correct?

Usually most people try to map 503 to 305 not say 315
as an example.

You know I always enable cdp to ensure my L2 is up and
up.

sh fram lmi -> Are your counters incrementing?

sh fram map

sh fram pvc -> What state are you in on both sides of
the cloud?

Just a few tools to help with frame relay.

How about debug output?

These tools will show you the error pretty quickly, I
would think.
