Ahhh... Sorry, you want to CHANGE it, not set maximum. That's an entry
that you really don't have control over. You could lessen it by effectively
having multiple AS numbers and performing redistribution, but AFAIK there
isn't a way to add anything to it like the offset-list does.
0 is connected, and each neighbor relationship adds one to that. It's one
of those things that is contained in the magic known as DUAL. :)

manipulate the hop-count of a route!
The reason why I am asking the group 'how to manipulate the eigrp hop-count'
