Everyone is right about either of the 2 working, From experience where I
had 2 loopback interfaces within the same subnet(150.1.1.2 and
150.1.1.3) and then only one of them is asked to participate within OSPF
Routing Process. If you use 150.1.1.0 0.0.0.255, then you'll get the
point wrong here.
Another case is if the question requested for a more specific match.
But in principle, both will work, just be careful with the scenario you
have on your throat. If you're in any doubt, maybe a nice Proctor would
be of help.
