Anyone?

I am trying to configure PPTP client on the Win2000 Pro (SP4) machine, but the wizard to add network connections is displaying the option "conencto to private network " as greyed out.
I tried starting the "telephony" and "ipsec" services rebooting etc etc. nothing seems to enable it.
I am sure many of you must have ran into this issue.
Please suggest.
