RE: rack rentals with 3560s?

Absolutely! Now that's the type of things that are expected problems and
likely to be tested on. But in your recursion or routing issues or radius
stuff, there's nothing in there about configuring an MPLS VPN or Traffic
Engineering or things like that...

So yup, I'd expect that.

On the flip side (to make you feel better), let's think about Frame Relay
networking. In practice labs, you are often told to not use inverse-arp,
and not use point-to-point subinterfaces. Those are the two most common
"real-world" deployments on the client side of Frame. So if you hadn't ever
experienced the joys of static frame maps (or lack thereof) you would be in
a world of hurt!

Now, however, we most likely scoff in the face of static mapping 'cause we
know better! One step at a time... There will be issues, but not really
the in-depth issues of configuring an MPLS cloud, just reacting to one.

I don't know...

I'm new to MPLS Concepts myself, however, we just implmented a pair of
3750's using VRF's with OSPF and there are some issues with various issues,
not to mention some of the issues with VRF and Radius Servers and routing
tables and recursion and ouch...

I think you see some of my points and somebody who is an MPLS Guru out there
is probably laughing at me...

:)

Happy New Year!
