mroute behavior

Hi,

Just want to confrm something. A static default 0/0 mroute entry overrides any specific unicast entry in the unicast routing table

hence if i have ip mroute 0/0 serial0
and i learn a route 1.1.1.0/24 using serial2 via ospf

for a source 1.1.1.1, my rpf resolves to serial0 eventhough i have a more specific entry.

the way to make this more in concert with unicast routing table behavior, it is use ip multicast longest-match hidden command?

  Is this right?

  Thanks.

  Raj
