I am new to QOS. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is a real world scenario.
Does this policy means that 50 percent of the bandwidth will be reserve for voice? Or does it means that when the link is full allocate 50% to voice? Also what is the effect of using this command: traffic-shape rate 5097000 122328 122328 1000
policy-map QoS-Policy
class VOIP
priority percent 50
class VOIP-Control
bandwidth percent 5
class class-default

interface FastEthernet3/0

no ip address
service-policy output QoS-Policy
load-interval 30

encapsulation dot1Q 3525
