I believe the 7500 series supports booting an image from TFTP. Maybe not
the safest nor completely automated solution but could be a short-term
solution until you replace the flash.

There is no way to split the IOS accross multiple flash disks, and IOS is
already compressed (that's why you get the self-decompressing message on
boot-up). The only option is to get a bigger flash disk.
OT, have you had any problems losing the magic number on your flash for the
7505s? I have two, and sometimes the flash completely bombs out. It's
happens on both, with different flash cards.
