Josh,
        Did you try opening a trouble ticket with our support team? The
reason I ask is because I talked to the on-duty support engineer and he
stated that he hasn't received any tickets regarding this issue.

        Also there was a major outage today with an OC-12 here in Reno
that caused a lot of the backup Internet connections to become
overloaded. This could have been the problem you experienced today ;-)
