If we need to summary to supernet, we need to do it in either ospf or
eigrp first, then redistribute to rip...

Summaries like these, where the new mask is shorter than the classful
mask are often called "supernets." OSPF and EIGRP will allow you to
create them.
RIP v2 will not allow you to create supernets, but it will advertise
them.
