Boy - would it be nice to give you a definitive answer.... the only
problem is - in my opinion this is not possible.

Here is the MAIN reason why - this new Blueprint that you mention begins
with the following statement:

"The topics listed are guidelines and other relevant or related topics
may also appear. In general, new product features become eligible for
testing on CCIE lab exams six months after general release."

Even without this statement - look at the topics they do mention - my
comments are in ():

IP IGP Routing
IPv6: Addressing, RIPng, OSPFv3 - (Addressing opens the worlds of
static versus dynamic interface addressing, tunneling and NAT-PT: Static
and Dynamic)

BGP
Filtering, redistribution, summarization, synchronization, attributes
and other advanced features - (Other Advanced Features could certainly
mean Multiprotocol BGP for IPV6)

So how in the world do you deal with this? I know it might sound crazy
to you at this point because you are already working so hard at
this....but here goes....you must OVERPREPARE. Put yourself through the
most rigorous practice tasks and labs so that whatever you get come lab
day seems relatively simple by comparison!

Regarding the specific topic of IPv6 - here is what NetMasterClass will
release via e-learning before Jan 1. Will this go COMPLETELY overboard
for your version of the exam you see on lab day? YES IT WILL! But if you
master this content - your chances of receiving full points for the IGP
section just improved dramatically!

Subject: IPv6 for BGP has been removed from the LAB - As per the new
blueprint

Hi,

I recently went through the Blueprint for CCIE Routing and Switching LAB
and
found that IPv6 for BGP has been removed.

So if someone can confirm, whether IPv6 will be tested only for RIPng
and
OSPFv3, It will be great. I am having a copy of old LAB Blueprint which
had
topics as mentioned below:

   1. *IP IGP Routing*
      1. OSPF
      2. EIGRP
      3. RIPv2
      4. IPv6
      5. GRE
      6. ODR
      7. Filtering, redistribution, summarization and other advanced
      features

   2. *BGP*
      1. IBGP
      2. EBGP
      3. IPv6
      4. Filtering, redistribution, summarization, synchronization,
      attributes and other advanced features

But new blueprint is slightly different. Please check and let me know
your
comments.
