RE: BGP Peering failed due to jitter

Whilst trying to stay on the right side of the NDA, I got the error
whilst trying to establish a BGP peering to one of the backbones whilst
on my lab exam.

My reason for the posting is that it's been bugging me and I've found no
references to jitter preventing a BGP peering. Does anyone know if you
can approach Cisco and ask this sort of question (and if so how).

[I must add - I didn't pass and I don't believe this problem
contributed].

I'm just real curious.

Regards

Mick

Are you using dynamips by any chance?

I had the same problem trying to create an ebgp multihop relationship
using
dynamips which was a bit overstressed at the time.
