These sound like unfortunate circumstances.

The only think you can realy count on is your own knowledge and the use of
that knowledge.

Just do not give up.

Hi Tony,

I know the exam is hard and must to be hard. I`ve being studying for 8
months and You know that I practiced a lot beacause I rented many sessions
of your lab.

The point is that I have seem many gaps...

1- A friend took a lab another day and there was a router with the "ip base"
IOS and he had to configure BGP on it!
2- On my second attempt the proctor provided me a wrong advice (and I have
an e-mail from him to prove this)
3- I asked for a reread on my 2d attempt and my score has increased but not
enough. (this means that they may correct wrongly the exams)
4- At my 3rd attempt there was a wrong question (the proctor agreed with
me).
5- How we can get 28% in some tecnology if there were 3 questions: one of 2
points and two of 3 points?????? Sometimes the percentage is not correct...
6- At my first attempt someone run a script on the racks and I lost
connecticity of all devices and I got an output on the terminal sever like
this: "delete vlan.dat" and "write erase". Imagine... I asked for a free lab
but I had to pay my travel again...
7- At this 3rd attempt I tested all the BGP requirements, and I got 0%. At
leat the first question which was easy I had to get right... I also got 0%
on Security and Multicast... In my opinion this is impossible... I`m sure
about some questions!

How can I trust them with this history...?

Hang in there. You will get it next time.

If they made it easy, it would not be the certification everybody hopes to
achieve some day.

Hi Kenza,

I took the exam with 4 switches on last friday and failed. I thought that I
had passed. I have tested everything of IGP and BGP and I got 67% of IGP and
0% of BGP.

There were questions not clear and others with a bad documentation about
it... I`m frustated with how Cisco is appying the exam and scoring them... I
have no idea of what was wrong on my lab as I already checked somethings on
the doc cd and in my opinion I did correctly.

I think they could at least indicate us which question was wrong and which
was correct...

That the strong be with you!

:-(
