i changed my management port to different port still not working. tried different option can't get anywhere. thanks anyway

  You need to forward tcp 23 to the local ip address of your TS. On the linksys kit this is called port forwarding. You may have to change the management port of the linksys router to something other than port 23 else the linksys will respond to the telnet request,
