Subject: Cisco 3750's not responding to Reverse Telnet
Just got a couple of Cisco 3750's to replace the 3550's I have and for some
reason they will not respond to reverse telnet. I keep getting
Trying cat1 (172.16.1.1, 2007)... Open
[Connection to cat1 closed by foreign host]
I did a couple of debugs of Telnet on the Term Server and it seems to hang
up from the 3750 end. Never had this issue with the 3550's and I tried
changing code on the 3750. Went from
c3750-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEE2 to c3750-ipservicesk9-mz.122-25.SEE2.bin
hoping it might be a "bug", but no luck. AAA is not turned on and I have
made sure the speed/parity/stopbits are working...loosing my mind here. I
know it is going to be something obvious, but can someone point it out?
Thanks,
JB
