Framerelay traffic shaping

HI,

If I would like to change the CIR and MINCIR for frame-relay for a specific
DLCI on an multipoint interface with 2 frame-relay map statements each using a
different dlci.

If the interface queue depth = 44 and if the queue is full how can I shape to
MinCir, can I use the frame-relay fair queue 44 command?

Would be great if someone has an example for me!
