Routers don't check the consistency LSDB by comparing checksum and sequence on
all routers in area. This functionality can be employed on NMS. Requirement
for similarity of LSDB must meet but don't controlled any way.
database-filter all out - filter any LSA
distribute-list - can filter LSA 3 4 5
