You may also consider this task requirement as a routing black hole.
It is my belief that this requirement breaks your network topology.
So, i would send the aggregate to the backbone and prevent it from being
advertised to my internal neighbors.

Hi All,
In IEWB labs, sometimes it is required to configure a router to
advertise one BGP route representing the entire network to one of the
backbone routers, does this mean that we have to filter out this
aggregate from the inside neighbors? If we did not, internal
neighbors
will see that aggregate and I am not sure whether this breaks the
task
requirement. Any comments?
