EIGRP Variance ?

Hi Guys

I have to achieve traffic share count of 4:1 (Fastethernet: Serial) in EIGRP
through variance, have done some metric manipulation, but I can see in 'sh
ip route' the traffic share count of 80:20, I just want to ask whether it is
acceptable ratio (as 80:20 = 4:1)? Variance is 4 under eigrp process.
