Did you fund the Paypal payment with your credit card? If not always do this
in the future. If Paypal won't refund your money then just open a dispute
with your credit card company and they will refund your money. It may take
30-60 days, but you will get your money back. I have done this 5 times in
the last 11 months and it worked every time. I use AMEX as they are very
good when it comes to disputes.

Have you tried to call the seller? You can look up the info he has
registered with Ebay. There is usually a phone number provided?

Ok, I am going to dispute this guy. My payment was cleared (bank account to
paypal) in 24 hours after auction ended. It has been more than 7 calendar
days, 4 business days. No email, no tracking number for any package. His
item says usually shipped in 3 business days. 4 business days means unusual.
Which means he needs to send some email at least. At least tell me payment
is cleared and packing it.

I emailed him last night. 1 full business day passed. Still no email reply
or any tracking number.

His buyer/seller record is 42 , 100% positive. I was very careful. Still got
into trouble.

I had 20 buys in eBay in the past. First time having trouble.

7 days waiting for the 3550 to have some stable experience with the
complexity.

90 days left to the lab. Last attempt was close to pass.
