Solutions:

The solicited-node multicast address is a special multicast address
derived for the purpose of the neighbor discovery process. It is the
destination address in the ICMP packet that is first used in the
process. This special multicast address is local in scope and is derived
fro the purpose of neighbor discovery. This address is generated for
each anycast or global unicast address on the interface. This address is
also used in the Duplicate Address Detection process.
