Hi.

In your case RIB failure most probably reflects that router knows the
prefix via both BGP and IGP with IGP AD lower than BGP. You most
probably have iBGP learned route or used a back-door to make eBGP
learned route less preferable. This route is not installed in IP RIB but
exist in BGP table.
