No - the exam lab guide pages are covered with protective sheets at RTP.
You are not permitted to write on the exam pages at all. You can unclip
them from the binder and spread them all around you - but you cannot
write on them.
You will be provided with as many 8x11 blank sheets of paper as you
wish.
