Hi Tuan,

The feature actually has three names depending on what version
you're looking at. First it was called the Response Time Reporter
(RTR), then the Service Assurance Agent (SAA), and now the IP Service
Level Agreement (SLA). You can find the most comprehensive
documentation for the feature under the 12.4 IP SLA topic domain:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios124/124cg/in
dex.htm

The navigation path is as follows:

-- Cisco IOS Release 12.4
--- Cisco IOS Release 12.4 Configuration Guides
---- Cisco IOS IP SLAs Configuration Guide, Release 12.4
