Baytech makes the RPC product line such as RPC2/RPC3 that can be purchased
used off ebay and they work great. The APC as Aman mentioned is good as well
but is more expensive than the RPC2 (used).

would like to remotely power on and off lab equipment (approx 30 routers
in total) to save energy consumption and lower the chance on fire.
