From my understanding, true 100% usage in all links depends on the algorithm
and how it sorts out the traffic. All broadcast and multicast traffic will
use the first configured link and unicast traffic will hit the algorithm and
AND/OR will be calculated to determine which link is used per destination
MAC address. Getting a true full 100mbps for each individual link is
difficult.
That being said, get a traffic generator, like a SmartBits unit and pump
300mbps through it and see how much traffic is dropped. This will give you
and idea of the etherchannel's true speed capability.
