As with all of our products and classes everyone is automatically
covered for two years by our Investment Protection Program.
http://www.internetworkexpert.com/investmentprotection.htm
Also the protection is retroactive. This means that if you purchased a
workbook, class-on-demand, attended a live class, etc before we
implemented the Investment Protection Program you are still covered.
You can contact our sales department for more details.

Brian M/D is there something existing customers who have the COD have to
do
to get the new 3560 format? Is this something that still needs to be
updated
for existing customers, or is there a cost to upgrade?
TIA
