the easiest way is to use output interpretor on cisco site, anyway see the
result from it below

*Recommended Action:* This error message is displayed mostly because of the
IOS

This bug has got fixed on the following IOS releases (and later):
12.3(5d)
12.3(6b)
12.3(9)
If the image is affected by this bug, consider upgrading the image to the
latest
12.3(10a) software image or the later release, which will fix the issue.

search the Bug Toolkit<http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/home.pl>to
find any potential bugs related to this error message.

*STACK DECODE NOTIFICATIONS (if any)*
ERROR: Platform and Version information was not found.
In order to decode the Traceback information, the Stack Decoder
requires the platform
and version information to be present in the output and precede any Tracebacks
or Stack Traces.
TRY THIS: Collect the output of the 'show version' command, and the Traceback or
Stack Trace information and submit it to the Output Interpreter.
Here is an example of a Traceback output with version information:
