ICMP Unreacheable has type 3. Inside this type there is some code from 0 up to
15 wich more granularproblem. Port unreacheable has type 3 code 3 (Port
unreachable error. When the designated transport protocol (e.g., UDP) is
unable to demultiplex the datagram but has no protocol mechanism to inform
the sender.)
