Watch the order of operation.....if you set up the vlans as stated
below...these vlans are propagated throughout your domain. The default
of the switch is server mode. Then, you set the SW1 for Transparent.
Try repeating this process, but set up the switch for transparent,
first. Then, create your vlans.....and see what happens.

Subject: VTP Mode - IE 3.0 Vol2 Lab 1

Hi,

The question says, configure vtp doamin CCIE on Sw 1 and 2

and asked to create some vlans. In which there is one vlan 1111, so we
need
to configure Sw as transparent mode. If i configure all the vlans in Sw1
and
make it as transparent, how will the vlans be propagated to Sw2?

As per the solution all the vlans are created on SW1 and as per the
outputs
mentioned in the solution, the SW2 has all the vlans's info, am not sure
why.

Can someone clarify this?

Thanks.
