You have to delete group, and then recreate the group!
(config-if)# no channel-group 1
And then!
(config-if)# channel-protocol LACP
(config-if)# channel-group 1 mode active

Think you try to change protocol under one of the FastEthernat interfaces.
Protocol-mode must be changed under Po interface or int range f0/23 - 24

"-" shows that protocol doesn't use to establish aggregate channel.
