I believe the major difference is IPv6 related....the 3560 hardware
support IPv6 R+S, and is designed to tear through 64 bit IPv6 chunks
(all of the IPv6 packet sections fall on 64bit boundaries, right?)
quickly in hardware ASICs.

Subject: 3550 vs 3560

Hi,

What are the main differences between the 3550 and 3560 switches and how
do
these changes affect the lab environment?

Many thanks
Michael
