/32 is only by default for OSPF off the loopback interface. Since OSPF
by default classify loopback as host route.

Since the loopback network is 8.8.8.0/24, I think the question is making sure,
R1 and R2 see a /24 route, not a summary /22.. or host route /32 to
reach 8.8.8.0/24.

Load balancing should be fine.
