It is like this..

Host A - 1.1.1.1/24 ----- IP Cloud ---- Host B 1.1.1.2/24

These hosts dont have capabilities to configure default gateway and
both hosts can not have IP on different subnets. They have to be on
same subnet.

This user network 1.1.1.0/24 will not be routed in the IP cloud.
Packets from Host A to B and vice versa must be encapsulated over IP
and transported over the IP cloud..

Is this achievable in the first place.. If yes, then how..?
