Hi.
Don't know if you use this, just in case you find it useful.
1. Make a progress shit, might look like this
Catalyst 1 2 3 4 5
FR 1 2 3
HDLC 1
OSPF 1 2 3 4 5
etc...
then round finished tasks with green pen, put "?" marks etc... by doing
this you are aware of the progress at any time.
I usually put points per task as sub-letters. I do it while reading the
tasks so ti doesn't take special extra time.
On my first try without this shit I forgot about IPv6.
2. Aliases.
I found that I use two commands very often while labbing
sh ip inter brief
for switches sh ip inter brief | ex unass
clear ip bgp * soft
I keep it as aliases... but aliases are really personal stuff.
alias exec siib sh ip inter br
alias exec siib sh ip inter br | ex unass
alias exec cb clear ip bgp * soft
