As Ben mentioned, MED is influencing inbound, so as AS-PATH prepend.

Local Pref and Weight are influencing outbound.

Another feature : bgp dmzlink-bw is for uneven bandwidth cost load balancing.

So, when you want to influence the path, is depend which direction you are
looking at.
