[SUMMARY] OSPF: Neighbor command is allowed only on NBMA and

Folks.

Just for those who is going to come across scenarios with OSPF NBMA
neighbors and VL on the same NBMA hub router. After testing and chatting
off0-line with GS members, it was confirmed that this type of scenario
does not work. Petr L can point to Bug ID.

My suggestion is replace NBMA neighbors with something working,correctly
on local-link level for these training scenarios, provided that VLs are
usually more important for such scenarios.
