I'd advise getting some sleep, but I do agree on the studying. There's
nothing that you will "learn" in the last 24 hours of stressful studying.
If you haven't learned it before then, it's not going to happen. So don't
add to your stress.
Have a good (early) dinner. Relax at a movie or something. Go to bed
early. Rest. Relax. Your mind being relaxed in the morning will make a
huge difference in your lab experience!

The reason not to study a couple days before is very simple... you might
confuse yourself on something, and then won't have time to sort it out.
I would just get to your hotel room... get some room service... rent a
movie... relax... and don't worry if you get 7 hours of sleep or 5mins of
sleep. It's going to be fun! Besides you can't drink all the coffee and mt.
Dew you want... it's free!
