My strategy was not to learn the day before the exam. Take a rest, go to see a movie or do some other relaxing thing. I do yoga and with that and a cup of bear I managed to sleep 5-6 hours before the exam.
I passed on my first attempt.

Use it as a learning experience, and of course stay optimistic, because some people do pass on the first try.
