Point to Multipoint Non-Broadcast is very useful in frame-relay SVCs or ATM
SVCs environment where there is no inherent broadcast support (and probably
no spoke to spoke layer 2 resolution). In this case, spoke to spoke
reachability will be achieved with the aid of /32 routes installed by p2mp;
and neighbor statements will be used to overcome the lack of broadcast
capability.
