I have used Global learning CBT for QOS portion (available on ebay from the
vendor)
It did clear a lot of concepts for me

I've been using the 642-641 exam Cisco press book by Wendell Odom -
deifnitelly a good book not only for the ccie exam but also for
real-world qos challenges.
