ip pim NBMA mode is used when you have a hub-spoke FR topology running
in sparse mode only.

This ip pim nbma mode ensure the hub pim router will treat each spoke as an
individual multicast subscriber, hence when any spoke send a prune message
to the hub, the hub will only prune that particular spoke but the rest of the
spokes that are still subscribing to the multicast feeds remain unaffected.

Do a show ip mroute, you can see the multicast OLIST contains both
the (1) outgoing interface and the (2) spoke ip address.

The main thing is item (2) which is critical for ip pim nbma mode to function
properly.
