your subnet mask is set too long on the switch. you
need to have a short subnet mask for proxy-arp to kick
in for r1. I'm hoping you're doing this in a test
environment for learning purposes. it's more
efficient to specify r1 as a default gateway, or like
you have already done, have it dynamically discovered
with irdp.
