Hi Michael,
If you see your sh ip bgp sum, number of received prefixed is zero.
If you do sh ip bgp neig ... routes instead of received-routes I expect you
to see nothing.
This means, routers are received from the neigbor but somehow filtered
before they go into local BGP table.
Most probably reason is an innocent route-map with a forgotten permit entry
at the bottom :)
If filtering is not the case, do you mind sending bgp part of you
configuration ?
