You do not need to know how to configure a CA server on a Windows box
for the lab. If it was a requirement they would list a Windows Server
on the hardware list ;-)
For practice labs most people use a Windows 2000 Server or more recently
configure a router as a CA server (IOS version 12.3(4) or greater).
Personally we have found that using a router as a CA server helps to
enhance peoples understanding.
