I checked the memory and processor seatings, all OK. I
can't use the monitor because the power goes off ( no
electricity to the device). It only powers up for
about 3 seconds then looses power. It worked fine for
about three weeks.

I don't know much about these devices. Could it be a
bad power supply? The power supply was loose.

PS. The 3640 had a bad memory stick. After replacing
it it had no problems.
